In celebration of The Gourmet Institute weekend, Gourmet has partnered select restaurants across New York City to develop special menus for our guests. Below is a list of the participating restaurants.

Anthos
Anthos
Anthos is the highly acclaimed Modern Greek temple from Chef Michael Psilakis and restaurateur Donatella Arpaia. Anthos is one of only two Greek restaurants in the world to hold a Michelin Star, and was nominated by the James Beard Foundation in 2008 in the category of Best New Restaurant. The New York Times named it a top ten Best New Restaurant from 2007.

Aureole
Aureole, Charlie Palmer's landmark restaurant originally located in a historic townhouse off Madison Avenue, made an early commit to farm over factory food. Now, in a sleek and contemporary new location at One Bryant Park, the progressive American menu under the direction of Executive Chef, Christopher Lee, continues to emphasize seasonality and unexpected, rambunctious flavor combinations.
